Dennis Bisase is an Agricultural Economist working as a consultant partner with Farmgain Africa. Dennis has worked on several consultancy projects and studies mainly linked to agri-value chain analysis and development. Prior to joining Farmgain Africa, Dennis worked as the National Coordinator of the Livestock Market Information Service which was administered by the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture with funding from African Development Bank through the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries of Uganda. Dennis has rich experience in Livestock marketing systems of Uganda and this will be very instrumental in this assessment. David Luwandagga is an accountant by profession and has worked as a data collection coordinator over the past 10 years for several projects which include FOODNET and the livestock market information system of Uganda. Currently, David is in charge of market information system at Farmgain Africa ( where he produces a report every week. David is also involved with the Localized Radio based Market information Service implemented by Farmgain with funding from aBi Trust. David has rich knowledge of most of the markets in Uganda and in South Sudan. Mr.Richard Basalirwa (Associate Consultant Food Science, Nutrition and Biostatistics)

 Richard Basalirwa holds a Bachelors degree and a Master of Science degree in food science and technology graduate from Makerere University. Richard possesses skills in monitoring and evaluation of food security and livelihood projects as well as development of appropriate data capture systems for use by stakeholders at different levels.  Other skills include developing training modules as well as conduct trainings in various aspects.  His other skills include planning, designing tools and implementing trainings in communities targeting change as well as computer skills particularly in quantitative data analysis using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), nutrition data analysis using Nutri-survey as well as using MS Access to design data entry programs.  Richard has previously worked with the Vulnerability Assessment and Mapping (VAM) Unit of the UN World Food Program Regional Bureau for Southern, Eastern and Central Africa based in Kampala Uganda from 2008 to early 2010 where he was in charge of the implementation of Comprehensive Food Security and Vulnerability Analyses (CFSVAs) in the Horn of Africa.
